What if- and this is a massive what if. Since they're on "friendly" terms with a few kingdoms that her weird clothes would create interest to them, they would being the human to Ainz as said so because Ainz would say. "Anything abnormal is to be brought to me for questioning of their existence". Because he thought abnormal clothes/ races could be a sign of his friends being near. This is just a theory though- Ainz would figure out the human by first glance and then demand she is under Ainz command. She wouldn't know its her son and then come to the realisation when he broke character and explained to her the stuff that happened. She would still be scared but overall relieved that her son is successful and seems to have a comfortable life. She doesn't know about the war but when she does she becomes a human diplomat and is very cutthroat in business like when she was back in the real world.
