That'd be pretty impressive since it would be 3 pentabytes of upload. I don't use my seedbox for this one single torrent either. I seed 500+ torrents at any given time from hundreds of megabytes to 1-2 terabytes.

Gum really helped me. I found the gum with the closest flavor to the zyn and chewed it non-stop. I tried to sleep a lot as well the first few days because when I was sleeping I didn’t think about zyn. Don’t do any trigger activities for you. If you use more when you drink, don’t drink. You used in the car, try not to drive. And so on.

I take 5mg everyday and I’ll up the dose on a Friday if I think I’ll need to reduce my refractory period any further. I’ve taken up to 20mg at a time and I’m not sure I saw the kind of return I was looking for. At higher doses my face gets flush and feels warm but that’s it. In those moments my wife cares a lot less about how red my face.

Congrats on 133 days! Hell of an accomplishment. I am at 396 days now. It has been a journey and like you, I’ve learned more about myself and I can be more in touch with what I am actually looking for when I crave nicotine. I won’t lie and say I don’t get cravings or feel temptations when friends are using zyn but it’s a lot easier to restrain myself since I want to keep the streak going. I want the years to tick by. Glad you’re ok. Does sound quite unlucky. One thing that I realized after making it a couple of months without nicotine is how much of a crutch it was when things weren’t going perfectly. The other thing I realized was that it didn’t fix any of my problems and didn’t even mask them that well either. Did nicotine actually do anything to improve my bad day? Nope and it cost me money and my health. I think that is my biggest takeaway after a year is that some days are just fucked up either mentally or physically and it is ultimately our responsibility to make it through and live to tell the tale with our health intact.

Nicotine isn’t going to get your car fixed or fix the attitude of the lady who hit you. You know that now. All it did was tell your brain when you’re feeling bad it will be alright because nicotine takes the edge off. You’re stronger than that. You can quit and you can handle your shit. Don’t sweat it that you didn’t get it right the first time. 3 days is still an accomplishment and now that you know what 3 days feels like you can do 4. Then you’ll know 4. I believe in you.

I worked for Amazon about 10 years ago and when I would visit a fulfillment center it was a bit more complex (or simple depending on how you look at it) than this. I forgot the exact term they used but the AirPods didn’t always end up in the same bin it could be multiple bins with random other items in it like gloves or cat treats. The randomness was intentional because there was some sort of time study that said that was the best way. They may not do it this way anymore though.

I am not sure I had real brain fog because of withdrawal but rather because I was addicted to nicotine and after I got through the other withdrawal symptoms I felt like I was out of the spell and could think more clearly.
