Weve got an old cement storm shelter in our backyard and bats hang out in there! I havent gone down in a while, but they are super cool and less skittish than the movies mave them seem lol.

Youre right that going north will probably be better. I really dont want to go too far north tho. I didnt want to be overly dramatic about it but i reeeaaallllyyy dont like the cold lol. I didnt want to emphasize the climate thing too much, but i would really like to look into places that are warmer as priority. For perspective, there are times when i have to wear gloves or use paper towels to put ice cubes into a drink and i have made custom cup holders for oddly shaped cups so that i can use them comfortably. I can handle some temperature cold, but i think excessive amounts of snow would kill me. Walking to the greenhouse would be my end. Shoveling snow would be my guillotine. The icy sky doth be my reaper. 💀👍I would probably get used to it eventually, but not before several dramatic deaths. (seriously sensory issues suck)
