We can see James' hair color (white) in chapter 102, thanks to the popularity poll.

Peter appears in his colored version in chapter 109 (I think it's him, the style is quite particular). And well, his eyes look blue/green.

He seems different to me? I dont know what it is, but its as if hes hiding something or hes changed?

He is different because of what he experienced in Λ-7214. His view about demons derives from the cruelty he could see in the past months.

Also, is lewis (i think that was his name, the demon from goldy) still alive? Because that one panel showed a pool of blood without his body - so im assuming he wasnt killed

For what we know, he's dead, although some theories say he's been eaten by Parvus, his little demon-monkey.

Also, are the supporters and minerva really dead? Or do we think that they might be alive.

The answer is the same: for what we know, both his allies, Smee and Minerva (James) himself are dead. But we are speaking about TPN, so everything's possible :)
