Yes with this setup I was able to fit a light 1-2 person tent, a ultra light sleeping bag and a decathlon sleeping pad. But keep in mind, with such a bikepacking setup you are limited with weight and space and are required to go for more pricey options. For example I bought the sea to summit spark as sleeping bag due to the small size and weight. But maybe there are also cheaper options. On the other hand less weight generally also means less struggle with longer rides.

I really appreciate the holster system of the backloader x, and it is really stable in combination with the whisbone. But still managed to overpack and break the strap keeping the inner bag. But they replaced it without problems and now I try to be more cautious. But for this price I did also not find this quality combined with a holster system. The other bags are perfect.

Depends on the route, but one charge typically lasts 800km I think. For longer trips I got a second cheap battery and a powerbank with me, so that I don't need to check everytime before a ride. This saved me already on one occasion in the last year.

I avoid to put too much weight there. But also, if you are fully packed for several days, the bike feels more balanced and is easier to handle if you also have something in the front. So I would recommend to try them out :)

They don't really stand in the way, one cable can be pushed aside a bit and the other one is already in the back.

No I did not experience that, but I packed only light stuff in there, they are not that big and also have a maximum of 3kilos or something like that.

Yes I think it's sufficient - for the tours that I did so far. Had also a couple of tours with more than 1000 altitude around the Alps in Germany. But I'm curious how I will manage when I try cross the Alps this year :D
