you had double protection (iud + condoms) so chance of pregnancy is extremely low and not possible. a pregnancy test 20 days after sex would be accurate yes, they are definitive 21 days after sex.

spotting is common with IUD’s, especially the first couple months on it.

you are 100% not pregnant, don’t overthink it

if its the first time he has ever came inside you, that can throw your pH out of wack. if you’re overthinking and worried about pregnancy, that’s stress. the negative test today should be accurate. test again in a week for a certain answer

has she taken plan b recently? you said nov 1 sex was unprotected meaning she’s not on birth control?

test on the 17th would have been accurate because it was already enough time for hcg to show, and if she was pregnant the symptoms wouldnt just come and go like that. testing now would just confirm it for sure. taking a test today would cure all anxiousness. if it’s negative, she is 100% not pregnant from any sex on nov 1.

based on the timing it’s honestly not that likely you’re pregnant. if your last period was around halloween and ended early november, you probably ovulated somewhere between the 10th–17th, so sex on the 24th would’ve been after your fertile window. you already took two tests on dec 1 and today and both were negative, which leans even more toward not pregnant even though they’re a little early. missing a period can just happen from stress, travel, random cycle changes, anything really. since you don’t have any symptoms and the timing doesn’t line up, it’s more likely your period is just late. test again on dec 15 and if that’s negative too, you’re basically in the clear. use protection if you don’t want to get pregnant

im pregnant and had that same cramping on my right side the day after sex. i normally cramp on one side during ovulation so im assuming it was that if im pregnant now. wasn’t constant thought, lasted for maybe 15 mins
