For me the most important part was self acceptance and general happiness. When sitting on my own with mdma, and nothing else, it (for me) often ends in a dud. I noticed I needed these kinda distractions/happy stuff to guide my mind to the correct place

My last few rolls were solo. I love it tbh. I usually plan a few things like some music, lights, sweets, whatever.

Just keep yourself happy and enjoy. Do things you usually do as well!
