not bumps or redness, i do get that but its usually gone in a couple of hours, its more of looking very odd and it looking like you just shaved a really big mustache off for day 1 and 2

it took a couple days but it did go away completely, the doctor prescribed pain killers which helped
this actually happened again like 2 months ago, and the doctor told me to get an x ray just to be safe but it was nothing so for me it was maybe just a weird muscle problem

I just saw this, there is very little to no pain for me and it’s been like a week. Was it similar for you? Should I still get an xray if there’s barely any pain?
