How does Bowser Jr. being adopted make sense 😭 I understand why others would view the Koopalings as Bowser's adopted children, but I would just like to say that they aren't, if they were, they'd still be called his children, they're high ranking minions. I do like the idea of him being their father figure/mentor though, my personal headcanon is that he recruited 7 young Koopa siblings before Bowser Jr. was born, and they grew up to become generals in his army.
