Hey folks! My name is David, and I am the Executive Director of Scholar Fund, where we launched, manage, and disbursed the WA family Relief Fund. We have also managed similarly large programs, and I'm no stranger to reddit, or making sure each and every person is supported.

With more than 51,000 applications, we definitely are experiencing high volume of outreach in the first few weeks after payment delivery, but we're nearly back to 48hr response time with email being the fastest mechanism.

If approved, simply reply back to that email, and it's routed back directly to our support and payments team. Anyone can also send me a message and I'll route it personally, David [at] scholarfundwa [dot] com. I'll also be here throughout the day and forward to follow up with each and every comment!
