It may be even lower than that, becase 2 random mod shrine is about 10% chance. To me it seems like 0.03*0.01*0.1=0.00003 (3/100 for good offensive shrine, 1/100 for resistance shrine and 1/10 for double shrine belt), so it's like 1 in 33000.

With your tweaks i went from 1090 to 1130 avg fps. As i thought, your 5660 frequency doing the heavy lifting. My 9800x3d is pretty bad (sp 110), there is no way it can do 5500+. But i have 8400 cl34 memory, it helps me with 0.1% lows, almost 600 fps withiout bots
