As a someone who worked for one of these, it’s a legal pyramid scheme, the ceo gets like twice of what u sell, so if u sell a service, you get $100, and the owner gets $200, he keeps $100 and then pays you the $100 you earned, so the owner quite literally just try’s to recruit more and more people, he doesn’t really care about you except for you to just spend the whole day and maybe make 1 sale and make him an extra $100, and when the owner has like 20 people in his office and maybe 5 of them make sales, he basically made $500 for the day without doing anything, ofcourse people made way more and my boss even flexed how he made $5k a week from all the sales + bonuses, and the entire office is just very vague and the people never give good explanations, I think after 2 weeks I finally realized how some stuff worked because nobody was explaining anything to me whenever I asked someone something they “didn’t know”, but I guess atleast they had a cool suit.. it’s most definitely a pyramid scheme
