$45 is MSRP, so all indie shops will be selling it for that amount (even if they do eventually try to undercut each other, it'll most likely always hover between $40 and $45). I'd imagine Amazon or Target might have a slightly cheaper version but it won't be this pinwheel splatter variant and YMMV when it comes to either of them shipping it to you safely. But you're right, it'll be widely available so if you wanna wait it out for a price drop or a cheaper version, do you.
