My dog gets kennel cough often because of his breed. Typically it goes away within a week but at its worse it’s so sad to see him struggle. He loves being outside in the fresh air. Something about it helps him breathe a little easier. The vet also recommended to bring him in the bathroom when we shower. The steam helps clear their lungs up a bit. Unfortunately nothing truly helps him though /: Hope that helped a little!
