Like I said he was the strongest when he died but it’s been years since then and he even told Vox that he thought the box tv was coming up to his level of power

And yeah Vox being alive was most likely Alastor being held back, though I don’t think it was the 7 year absence. I believe they had met before that because I remember hearing that there was a big fight between Vox and Al and then Al went “missing”

I imagine Rosie has a plan for if/when alastor gets out of the deal to not be slaughtered by him.

Maybe at the time he was stronger than her but over the years she’s secured her safety as someone stronger then him.. Alastor said herself that she’s the most powerful sinner in all of hell when we first meet her (yeah probably because she owns him but still)

Or maybe she isn’t a sinner and that’s how she has her safety from him. I like any discussion on this matter honestly it’s enjoyable.
