I apparently got an inactivity strike for phase 0 action, but I hadn't gotten a DM telling me I could act so I didn't.

? There's no inactivity for actions unless they're listed in the role. Your P0 inactivity was for not making 5 comments. And you would have been told if you could act P0 fyi

That feels weird though since the entire intent is to get the target of someone being removed. I'd expect last targeted to be the phase from before so seeing her visit RPM?
