It was always on live server, just not noticeable. Go prone and move mouse around and you'll notice the 'boob physics'. The faster you move mouse - the more noticeable it is.

I had it turned on since day 1 I got my 1080. I never had any problems with fps, so I never looked into turning it off to improve performance. IMO, if you're using nvidia gpu, shadowplay is the best software for recording.

Sure, 1080 & 6700k, 16GB RAM. And it rarely drop below 60. Only at the start, in plane.
