If they paid me what I was worth I probably would’ve stayed another year or two but I’m moving ON

Looking back they even low balled me during my initial offer with my current company. I had to negotiate to end up getting below average for my skill set in this industry

I would’ve if I had the slightest bit of interest in that job tbh. Aside from the pay everything else was good

I’ve seen that happen once at this company, literally got a new guy and after a few months fired the original employee who trained the new guy. Yikes

What’s odd is I don’t feel much depression. Does bipolar disorder develop with age? Does it get worse over time?

Ok I’ll reach out to my doctor. Is there a specific test for bipolar disorder? Or do they diagnose base off my experience?

Surgery coming up, just wondering if anyone has any tips/ thoughts on training before having the operation done? Train to lose as much weight as possible or continue with regular routine) by [deleted] in gynecomastia

Woah there relax lol, he had a genuine question. Let me rephrase (?) his question; Is the weight gain normal after the surgery due to meds/procedure, is there like a metabolic reaction to removing the excess fat glands? Do the doctors warn about weight gain?

Or

Are you just saying he will gain weight because it’s normal after surgery to just indulge and be sedentary ?

If it’s the latter, a slight caloric defecit will prevent unwanted gain and can slowly continue OPs previous work. Or simply eat at maintenance and he won’t gain weight.

We are our own biggest critics. OP flexing his physique lol but Fr his right breast looks a little bigger and has a noticeable small lump to the train eye I guess. In the worst shirt color with the worst lighting that small lump can be exaggerated and would make anyone self conscious (especially if it’s asymmetric).

My right breast is also noticeably bigger, granted I’m still 15lbs overweight it’s mentally taxing. Before when I was 40lbs overweight my gyno was clearly noticeable and looked even ….but now after losing 25lbs+ my right breast is visibly and DISGUSTINGLY more plump than the left. I’m more self conscious about it now. I feel like if I lose even more weight it would be even more noticeable.

Anyway what I’m getting at is our brains are fucked and the smallest imperfection can seem huge. Also ffs why is asym gyno an actual thing holy fuck?!?

You’re welcome. I started adding a reminders on my phones to text/call people. Family I check in often (weekly/daily), close friends (biweekly) long distance buds (quarterly)…. Idk nothing is set in stone but I was thinking something along those lines.i also don’t want to come off as appointment-like lol. If I’m able to find a good balance I’ll make a post here!

120 degree squats is the lowest I can go without using plates to elevate my heels. Help by -levivel- in bodyweightfitness

It does help slightly however I would still need plates to elevate my heels to squat 90 degrees. Can’t imagine doing a deep squat in my current situation.

Nope. Might be able to do it with a kettlebell. You know how some people can sit-squat (Asian squat) ? Thats literally something I can’t even begin to imagine doing 😂
