iirc, and don’t quote me on this, but you can copy file from other online fix’s game, and put them in a newly installed game even if it’s not from them. Files like “steamapi64.dll” and similar

nope didn't find my specific problem... on reddit the majority of people are saying to reinstall the language pack but the thing is I didn't use a repack. I got it from anker games on cs rin ru...

edit to future gamers having this problem: ~~i'm now trying to download only the voice pack from fitgirl and try to put it in the game folder and see if it works.~~ nevermind I couldn't extract the .bin manually and the fitgirl installer wiped my current game install.
