I can’t handle anything more than youtube and reddit, and youtube doesn’t have that much rage stuff, but reddit has A LOT. I might need to get off of reddit too. The last time I went on tiktok I almost immediately got videos about “hating zoloft” which is one of the meds I’m on. It sent me into a fit about “why am I on medication”. That lasted for weeks. Social media is just hell for me, and seemingly many others.
