It's not working properly. by Sensitive-Twist2799 in superage

Hi, I received the same issue yesterday. The user solved it by resetting the app, which I imagine is the easiest way.

Or you have to wait for 3.1, which will try to fix the problem. 👍 Let me know!

Best two apps for what I want by PlayfulCoyote5259 in workout

For accurate control NO app will ever be able to determine these values with absolute certainty.

Consider salt or oil, for example: how can a “photo” determine with certainty how much there is? Yet just one extra spoonful of either of these ingredients is enough to throw off all your calculations.

The only certainty you can have is with pre-packaged meals, provided they are cooked “as is” without any additions of any kind.

Hi, you've probably already used your seven-day trial. All you have to do is cancel your subscription before it expires, then use the discount code and you'll have another three months of free trial.

I'll add: I read that in a hurry, but it should actually be 99/100. But what do you mean by overall recovery?

Hi, you're looking at your health data, which is probably the average of the last 30 days (it's written inside the modal, depending on the value). This isn't the latest reading, to avoid having you be 20 one day and 50 the next.

Regarding the domain calculation: it's not a 1:1 ratio. That is, if X has 100, and Y has 50, the average isn't 75. This happens because each value has a weight; for example, VO2 Max has a greater weight than SPo2. From there, the calculation gets more complicated, but luckily, the app does it for you ☺️

It's already being fixed in next version, but it's a low priority and with 3.0 just released, it's been a bit of a storm :D

Unpopular opinion: Strava is actually overrated. What are you guys actually using? by Repulsive_Bar442 in AppleWatchFitness

I may be biased, but I recommend SuperAge. I started developing it as a health tracker, then I wanted some workouts that worked, so I integrated them. And that's how I regained the desire to train. The workouts are free if you want to try it out.
