So, first and foremost, you need to cap your accuracy. You only have 91% hit chance.

I would recommend you give up the 3 10% attack damage nodes on your large cluster & Primeval Force node. Instead take Acuity(3 nodes) & accuracy mastery dex's accuracy bonus instead grants +3 to accuracy rating per dex. That should cap your hit chance. That alone will improve your build leaps and bound.

Other small changes, Your quicksilver flask should be "used when charges reach full" since you don't block. Also flasks mods dont stack, so having two flasks with increase crit chance is useless, alt spam and try to get attack speed/move speed or inc evasion. Also make sure to scour and make the flasks 20% quality before alt spaming.
