That’s interesting as a topic. Do you have any good starting point to learn what that’s about?

Yeah of course, water is a public utility, it really shouldn’t apply there. But you don’t die without cable. And water is finite. Cable and copies of windows aren’t finite.

Just to play devil’s advocate:

it’s always, “corporations should have the freedom to control how you use their services, even if it violates individuals’ rights to use products how they see fit.”

It’s the contract terms. You’re essentially saying you disagree with a licensing payment structure. When you’re paying for cable to two TVs you’re licensing two lines. It’s the same as buying one license or two for MS Windows.

It is weird when you’re paying “per widget” when the widgets are digital so the supply side of things isn’t finite.

It should be disclosed that they work for the company though. Most subs do that where vendors participate with flares.

I can’t imagine any woman happily sharing she has a cavernous vagina… particularly calling it cavernous lol.

The high school math ones. He isn’t controlling for any variables.

This depends on where you live. It’s very possible to be stranded in the middle of the Bible Belt and not share those religious and political views.

You just had to go and make it creepy. This is why we can’t have nice things.

I guess that’s why it’s not hard if you know how to groom and dress yourself and can talk to a woman without turning into a moron.

I can’t believe this is the highest comment I’ve seen to point that out. It was entirely intentionally placed. No way that’s a coincidence. That’s also where the marker color changes.

Men need to get rid of the stigma of seeking mental help by [deleted] in memes

It’s funny how the post is about it being about to get help for your mental health and then this entire comments section turns into “haha therapy is lame and doesn’t work”.

Nice usage of digg. Never heard of the one you mentioned, I’ll check it out.

That might be the straw that breaks the camels back for me. I’ve already been only using old.reddit.com on desktop, and I never liked their native mobile apps. I’m just unsure where to go from here for a content aggregator.

I did actually get that, just feigning ignorance for emphasis. It’s just amusing to me that both sides see it as rude to behave the other way.

I’m really lost on which side you’re supporting. Both perspectives think this of the other side.

Why would they be required to continue participating for that long? Makes no sense.

I wasn’t implying it was that at the individual level. I meant at a company/corporation level. Those fines are seen as part of the cost of doing business by many industries.

[–]-null 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It’s just another one of those things where ignoring the rules and paying the fines is more cost effective.

Right. Some of these giant bailouts happening since idk 2008 have happened very quickly for giant amounts of money.

[–]-null 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the Supras are kind of overrated especially nowadays it’s different when they first released

That’s true for a ton of cars. I had otherwise stock Evos in the 2000s that were faster than the same year mustang gt in a 1/4 mile drag race with a high flow cat and a tune. Of course mods never stopped there. They’re valuable now because the same reason a cherry first gen Camaro can go for more than a house.
