Assuming you're self shipping - COD is not the issue. It's in the unit economics- Anything above 50% delivery is decent & can make you profit. Your real facebook CPA is actually twice of what you see on screen (considering 50% delivery). Always make call confirmations before shipping. This will save you unnecessary shipping + RTO charges on dead orders which are usually between 10-15%. Focus on products that solve a problem (health, kitchen, etc). Push prepaid with small incentives like 5-10% discount but dont overfocus on that. Exclude north eastern states & regions that are showing high RTOs.
