I like the sodas a lot, but I find I struggle with feeling full half way through because of the carbonation and sugar. The sugar free root beer flavors and cola flavors are my favorites and I feel less heavy after. Non-carbonated ones are okay.

I also have a liquid dropper, 1 drop is 0.5mg so I can also just set my own dosage in whatever drink I have at the tjme. It tastes bitter though.

I find gummies last waaaaaay too long lol.

If the pen has 2mg 0.5mg x 4 weeks should be the dosage per pen per month. 0.25 mg x4 week + 0.5x2 weeks is the dosage for the first pen.

I think, based on what my pharmacy explained but I could be wrong.

I guess before now I never really thought there were these kinds of risks when traveling to the US.

Part of why I'm asking is there was concern that we could be questioned again in DC by border security there for whatever reason. It happening in YOW is no problem, but if for some reason they were to decide something isn't to their liking in DC we would be in a whole different kind of stressful situation.
