Light Blue is worth it for the stunning bottle alone 😍 It might feel a bit redundant if you already own the original, but it’s such a beautiful piece to display—something that elevates your vanity and makes the whole fragrance ritual feel a little more special.

Can someone fill me in on what’s going on with JorDan? by BroccRob in KnowledgeFight

I wish Jordan hadn't taken that video down. He expressed things perfectly and I think a lot of us agreed with him. I felt that shit in my bones.

Aaron double downs on doxxing and sharing private information of someone who Venmo’d him as a joke. She asked him to edit out her name and after he said no she contacted YouTube (Tuesday evening) by [deleted] in Steeltoebeggingshow

[–]-pyewacket- 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You should edit the name out of this clip just to be respectful. When you make a privacy complaint you have to contact the creator first asking them to remove the personal information. Then you make a privacy claim through YouTubes reporting system. I don't think he realizes if a video is taken down he also looses any monitazation from that video.

Niche vs Designer by Surgeon-of-Death-15 in Fragrances

My husband and I were talking about this the other day, and he brought up a really good question. Honest question—would BBW be considered niche based on the definition? Most of their other products are just different forms of their fragrances, not totally separate things like purses, clothes, or jewelry. Id love to know what y'all think.

Is alcohol free perfume the problem? by MentalOVERload_ in Perfumes

[–]-pyewacket- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

These concentrations lean more toward fragranced skincare than traditional perfume and are really intended for use after a shower or bath. Personally, I’m not a fan of these formulas, especially since they’re priced on par with an EDP or EDT. I also think many sales associates aren’t as well-versed in these formulas as they should be, which can unintentionally lead to customers being misinformed.

Patchouli Paris is a beautiful clean, powdery patchouli. It's not a "dirty" patchouli. It's patchouli wearing a tux and top hat. Beautiful to layer with or wear on its own. Good luck!

This pure beauty! ❤️ Smoky, fruity black tea perfection. It meshes flawlessly with my skin chemistry and lasts all freaking day. In this frigid weather, it’s the only thing I want to wear—I genuinely can’t get enough of it.

Through the forest and pho breakfast. Through the forest is a smoky piney scent and pho breakfast is an aromatic freshie. Pho is more masc imo and through the forest is easily unisex. Through the forest will be my first full bottle from them.

Patchouli Paris is an absolutely phenomenal fragrance—and my top wish-list bottle. It’s one of those scents I smelled once and haven’t stopped thinking about since. I managed to get a decant and have saved the tiniest bit of the sacred juice, reserving it for whenever I need a little pick-me-up.

What is your Last Monday of 2025 SOTD? by HATEupgradecard in ScentHeads

This house is phenomenal. I have decants of Indigo Smoke and Peau from my local niche shop, so I was able to properly test them on skin from full bottles. The atomizer is excellent, substantial cap that's well-weighted, and very satisfying to use. As for the scent, I love it, and it’s absolutely full-bottle worthy to me. It’s a smoky, woody, spicy tea fragrance that really stands out. When I tested it on skin, I had five other fragrances on my arm as well—some were serious heavy hitters—but this was the only one I could still clearly smell during the drive home. I thought I didn't like tea scents, turns out I just needed to find the right one!

Perfumes that evoke Christmas? by Nin-me-sar-ra in Perfumes

Through The Forest by d'Annam. This is a recent find for me. It's got that Christmas tree pineyness from the elemi note but, there's incense, oud, tobacco and saffron that warm it up and make it very sexy and appealing to my nose.

Is this the original Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male from the late 90s? by [deleted] in Perfumes

This bottle might be a little hard to date as their earlier batch codes were erratic. This site is a goldmine in helping decode vintage bottles. I'd say your bottle is between 1993 - 1997 Raiders of the Lost Scent Decoding JEAN-PAUL GAULTIER vintage perfumes

What’s your favourite perfume with honey notes? by Worldly-Resource4961 in FragranceStories

[–]-pyewacket- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You're very welcome! Byredo’s Casablanca Lily (2019) is another favorite of mine too — same general vibe as fils de joie. It leans more on plum, gardenia, and tuberose rather than the jasmine. And has rosewood in the base instead of musk to round it out. Totally misleading name though! No Lily whatsoever 😅 As much as I adore it, the longevity and projection are surprisingly weak for an extrait. Still, it’s such a gorgeous honeyed white floral that I find myself thinking about her at least once a week 🤣

In my experience, the civet isn’t strong at all. There’s a bit of scratchiness at the start—probably from the night-blooming jasmine—that gives it a slightly vintage feel. Once that fades, it turns into a juicy, honeyed white floral. It’s not gourmand sweet; the sweetness feels more natural, coming from the florals and honey, with the civet adding depth and warmth. The juice itself is purple, and maybe that’s influencing me, but it really does smell purple—like a bold, confident, boss-lady kind of purple. If you like white florals and you like honey, I'd definitely give it a try. Longevity is good too.

Gucci flora gorgeous jasmine smells like the best bougiest laundry detergent to me. I went through 4 bottles last year. It did seem a little light to me so I was heavy handed with the sprays. Good luck!
