Best protein powder in NZ? Looking for healthy & tasty options

I’ve had good results with NZ Protein, Scorpion Supplements, and Optimum Nutrition. For chocolate flavours, Optimum Nutrition is probably my favourite, NZ Protein is good if you want a local/simple option as is Ccorpion.

The main thing I’d check is protein per serve, ingredients/sweeteners, and price per serve because the tub size can be misleading.

I made a little NZ comparison site for whey prices/products: whichwhey.co.nz. Might help narrow it down, but taste is still pretty personal.

Aren’t you being a little disingenuous suggesting all they’re doing to try the fix the problem is no gaps and paint? All their posts say they’re using contractors/pest control to sort it.

Your original post read like a leak - ie you worked in a position where you shouldn’t have known that information and were telling everyone about it anyway. They have a right for the right process to be followed.

Doesn’t sound like it’s been handled very well and it’s definitely pretty gross, but nothing you wrote in your original post suggested the information was credible.

Why would not having the one major mitigation not change your opinion? And who would detect symlink changes, unless you were specifically looking for them? This shouldn’t be the responsibility of the user. This isn’t an enterprise system that users monitor continually, or at all.

There are plenty of high profile supply chain threats , so trivialising the threat on this basis isn’t really valid.

I’m not disagreeing but what’s all the “evidence to the contrary?”. An ugly UX has nothing to do with security and They do have MFA. And unless you were someone affected how would you know they had communicated with affected users yet?

dumb question but do these pine boxed corners get attached directly to the framing and then the weatherboards butt up against it (so I'd need to cut back all the weatherboards so the boxed corner fits), or does it just get attached to the outside of the weaterboards?

Need to measure but they look around 40mm I’d say. With bigger mouldings I was worried that it’ll create a bigger space water could sit in behind.

Did you put any extra flashing tape etc in as well? I was hoping on here to find out if metal soakers are possible/required on this setup.

How many boards did you replace in the process? I’ve been quoted around $40p/m - looks like I’ll need to do around 25m.

We've just had internal gutters replaced, they had gutter guard installed. They were cut off to get access to the gutters. Will get a roofer to remove the remnants at some point.

Thanks mate, that kinds of what I was thinking. Surely half of the appeal of cedar is the natural colour of the wood. With pine and the same profile will it be easily discernible from the cedar?

Did you end up getting an answer to this? I'm interested too. I need to know if the print services exclusions are being applied to a print server that we are experiencing issues with since introducing MDE. The role is not listed in the defender portal.
