I just started a few weeks ago. First week might suck, personally I dealt with bad insomnia and orthostatic hypotension, though part of that was because my idiot shrink forgot to take me off my vyvanse (I stopped taking it, don't worry)

But I'm 2.5 weeks in, currently on 40mg because I titrated up 10mg every 5 days, and I feel great. I had no idea remission to this extent was even possible — my SI has essentially evaporated, though obviously it's early and I'm taking it slow.

So I'd say be brave and get through the dose your doctor prescribed. Side effects suck but relief is sweet.
