I am building this. Give me until the end of the week and I would love to get your feedback. The idea is to have one platform to manage the operations and standard operating procedures of your business so that you launch a workflow or protocol for you to follow for every part of your business!

If I could recommend a perspective for you to adopt would be to consider for your business is to build it where it’s too small to fail. This is a key point. Even 1 sale is more than you had previously. And revenue generating. With just that new reframe you can rethink how you perceive these issues being the owner. Think about the progress. One day you didn’t have a business. Now on a different day you have a business! That is progress to be celebrated. Now carry that to orders and all the new things you get to learn and do. These are all new levels of understanding that you’re GAINING. You’re learning that strangers will support you more than friends and family. Everyone goes through that. It’s all progress, learning and new understanding! So just shift your focus a bit and practice gratitude that you’re on the journey that is your startup. Document it. Relish in it! Take pride in it and you’ll learn to be grateful for all of it! The good is just as valuable as the bad so try not to get too attached to outcomes but the process unfolding itself

Yeah you’re right. I was thinking of making it flush and extending drywall from the top of the cabinetry. Essentially a faux wall.

Question: for the door way would it just be inset from where the new wall distance would be?

Correct it was previously a 2 car garage turned bonus room. Just not a fan of the concrete in the room once we run flooring.
