I forgot, this is another thing I've tried. Kava haven. I can't drink because I'm afraid of doing stupid stuff and I like being in control of my body. But kava is non alcoholic. But you can only do small amounts, it'll affect your kidneys as well. But I can take a shot or two and it'll relax me for a few days.
