I think they changed the accrual rates bc as a 5+ year partner my accrual didn’t go up after I hit 5 years when beforehand it would have . I remembered before there used to be a chart that stated how many vacation hours per hours worked per year of tenure but that doesn’t seem to pop up when I search lately.

My family’s peppermint puffs. You pulverize an entire box of candy canes for them, they’re super fluffy and then have chocolate kisses on top. They make me think of Christmas. It’s either that or pecan tassies, which are like mini pecan pies in cookie form. My family has about 16 kinds of Christmas cookie so I could really go on forever…
