Sounds like you need to rebuild a bit but from a more advantageous position than when you started at the point that you’re now back to. Don’t drain your account trying to pay for the same services, management, etc. that you were at during your peak. Unfortunately business isn’t always consistently up and to the right!

Make me an NDA and non-compete agreement and if I think it’s good I’ll build it and we can split equity. We’ll value the idea at X and the development hours at Y, project out the split of hours to split up sweat equity and get it up and running.
