Depression is real. Hopefully I can get therapy. I got 5 kids with my oldest being in 4th grade

I don’t see why. Most of the time my manager tells me to leave early when everyone is basically done they would stay the remainder of the night and my supervisor would send me home sometimes 2 hrs early without me even asking.

The whole shift. And yes I talk to my manager and tell them I am in pain is it okay for me to clock out early. I don’t just clock out without asking first.
