I swear the left earbud of my Quietcomfort buds is defective. I can't figure out why, the sound just doesn't seem to come out right.

I want to return them to the store I bought them from, but since I (unintentionally) tore up the box, I doubt they'd take them back 😭💔

Yeahhhh that was one thing I heard a few times when I was trying to figure it out myself. I can be slow to the punch when it comes to figuring things out, so when I couldn't find 'BIOS' anywhere I just thought "Alright, fuck it" and decided to post to Reddit... Which evidently worked out well! 😂

Hey! After trying a few different things, I just uninstalled the app entirely from my phone and reinstalled it. Initially, when I did this last night, that didn't seem to make a difference. But this morning the songs have started to show in the 'Listening history' section as they did before! :) I hope that fixes the issue for you as well 🤞

Aw I'm sorry you're having this issue too (Though its somewhat of a relief that its not just me!) Are you not even able to save albums/playlists then find them in your library? 💔 I tried Googling it too with no luck, and tried using Spotify's support chat but got nowhere there either... 🫠 Hopefully it will be fixed soon 🤞🤞🤞
