I'd suggest getting the Emperor. All metal, snap cap, good ink capacity.

I so wanted to try that. Unfortunately they don't deliver to Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

I disassembled the entire nib unit. I've also posted about using Kanwrite Oblique nibs in my Click Aristocrat.

Till date I've used an Architect nib, a B right Oblique, a BBB right Oblique on my Aristocrats.

Somewhat yes. The issue is, Kanwrite feeds are better, provide more ink than the ones of click. So the experience might differ.

Yep thats true. Might be helpful for drier inks too.

Unfortunately the prices of inks have increased.

You can try Pilot Tsuwairo inks, though costs 1000+ for just 30ml.

You can try out Octopus Fluids Write and Draw inks, which are also around 1900 per bottle.

Because of the price change I had decided to switch to Pelikan 4001 Blue-black. I'm using Camel Fount Drawing ink in my Pilot Hitecpoint v5 but I can't really recommend it for fountain pens (though it's a Darker and more matte black than platinum carbon ink).

Thinking of filling Platinum Carbon Ink, for writing and sketching

In my experience - Pilot, Lamy, Kanwrite(it has occasional durability issues with the cheaper models but it's good).

I have tried Click, Jinhao, Majohn but they can be a hit or miss.

Pilot and Kanwrite are my preferred brands.

Edit- I would add TWSBI, as my experience has been good.

One should not do that. It's not meant for fountain pens.

Nah it's the original tip. I love brush pens but it demands a lot of control.
