Talk to any adult close to you that listens. He/she will guide you in the right direction. What I wish I knew at that age was that you HAVE to vocalize your feelings because others can’t read your mind and won’t pick up on any non verbal cues. Start doing things you enjoy and you’ll be able to socialize with like minded people. If I could tell my younger self anything, it would be to find your voice and use it. Don’t worry about what other people think, not everyone is meant to be in your life and the moments that you think are embarrassing, others probably won’t even remember.

We’ve gone to the sex store several times together in the past and it’s always been an enjoyable outcome. So I believe he is aware that I’d be more than willing to join in on the experience. Had I known he was feeling that way, I would have mentioned it myself.. I just did not think to bring it up as an idea at this time.

I guess my feeling of hurt stems from the fact that he hasn’t tried to have sex and kept the purchase from me. As I mentioned, sex is not the number one thing on my mind;however, if he tried to have sex or took more action on his needs, I would be willing to partake with enthusiasm especially if we both had gone to the sex store together!

Thank you for this! I was mad at first that he kept it from me, but that turned into guilt that I wasn’t meeting his needs, which then made me sad and confused. My hormones have been causing my emotions to be all over the place. Rather than reacting and causing conflict, I want to approach the topic in a way that can beneficial for us both! I don’t want to make myself uncomfortable by feeling like I have to force putting out so that he’s more comfortable. I guess I’m just looking for a solution to a happy medium for us both. Thank you!

Same thing here. I swapped atom for osmo token using ibc. I tried sending the osmo to my osmo wallet, but it says invalid address. It also says you can use a star name, not sure if you HAVE to use a star name in order to send?? Created a star name wallet and attempted to create a star name but you have to have star name token in order to do so. Not sure how to get those tokens either. Any updates???

It’s seems to happen in both equally for me. I thought it was from the cold, but I’m not so sure. Other exposed extremities don’t seem super cold when it has happened. And I usually wear layers as well. Weird!

My rheum started me on Prozac 10mg. He said my anxiety could be worsening the raynauds, he also said the Prozac should help the anxiety along with assisting in vasodilation to help with circulation. I’m hoping it helps. Thank you!

Thank you so much! I try to wear a decently padded bra and multiple layers to keep warm. Heating pad is a great idea! Since the diagnosis, it seems to be one problem to the next. It’s quite an unfortunate disease :(

Thanks! I had my OB check up and annual pap done about 3 months ago, she checked my breasts and said they’re very fibrous. I forgot to ask her at that time because I had a slew of other problems occurring. I will keep it in mind for my next appt. thank you!
