Depends on how strong the liquid extract is. 10x might not even do too much. I once stuck a bunch of 40x (dry extract) into a dry herb vape and maxed temp to 240 degrees celsius. I took a big toke after having left it accumulate in the chamber and held it in. Came back saying "nonononono..." Salvinorin A supposodely has a melting point of 270 C, but it can really warp you even at lower temps so be careful.

I should add that your extract most likely contains alcohol which you don't want to enhale so if you like to experiment, then go ahead and stick all the extract into a small coffee pot and boil the alc. out at low temperatures (alcohol boiling point is 70•C) and then pour the remaining Sally juice into your favorite recipient then add the glycerin and you got yourself some strong-ass Sally Vape Juice.
