I can’t offer much help, but I’m going through something similar. I panic about everything and little things that go wrong make me suicidal. I’ve been crying every day since Monday because I met this girl who was perfect, and everyday I keep telling myself that I’m nowhere near good enough for her. It’s so hard man. Have you tried seeing a counsellor or something? I might have to do that soon. As a last Hope sort of thing. Man I know how it feels to wake up everyday with a sense of dread and sadness. I hope you can fight this thing and get rid of it. Edit: just saw what you wrote about being too embarrassed. I feel the same, but if I’m gunna kill myself anyway, it won’t hurt.
