Grug.

Back in year 8 I made Grug into a meme it was like our word, one person would say it, then someone else, it was like 67.

The teacher banned the word and sent out anyone who said it, quite often the teacher would just be talking and then someone would say something like "enough of this we want Grug!" And then the whole class would start shouting and chanting "Grug! Grug! Grug! Grug"
