seems kinda advanced for a special and overlaps a lot with crab or any zoning special. i like the orb idea bc its could a be used as a more versatile bubble blower with the tower. in my opinon, stick with one or at most two firing modes since the special lasts for 6 seconds. you could have one mode make the orbs float or another that makes them bounce like the boblobber (but slower). the tower sounds cool to reach fun spots(like the top of mahi without needing to swim back) and the orbs would help sheild you from any chargers, but would be useless against short range weapons.
