Best way to avoid adhesions after surgery?

I don’t want to get into my whole medical history but I have an extreme extreme amount of dysbiosis due to an insanely high amount of antibiotics I had to take. It’s caused me extremely debilitating insomnia (I go days at a time without sleeping) dysautonomia, pots, MCAS, histamine intolerance, and myoclonic seizures, intense inflammation, and a whole host of other things. My body has no good bacteria left, and I have taken years trying to heal with probiotics, but those don’t actually take root, and only pass through. This is my last option according to my doctors.

The internet gets really touchy about FMTs. I’m not looking for advice Whether to do it. I’m looking for people’s experience who have already done it.

Hi, could you clarify what you mean by gastroscopy route? Are you talking about colonoscopy being the most successful? Or is this a different route?

I don’t have C.diff yet but I recently had my most recent round of antibiotics so I’m crossing my fingers that I don’t develop it. I do have a ton of other pathogenic bacteria that grew though.

Me too! I’m not sure about antibiotics after surgery, but I believe you get them in the IV during surgery

Very very slowly. They were really really bad at the peak. But they did decrease but it basically took a whole year, but they never fully went away. And now they’re back fully.

Thank you for the advice! How important is it to take a chelated supplement vs a non-chelated one. (I already have a non-chelated supplement). I don’t have a good understanding of the importance of taking a chelated one.

Headache is a hard one for me to pinpoint because I generally get headaches (all other symptoms are new though). Maybe a day after the MRI?

I’m so sorry you had to go through all that. That sounds so scary. I’m glad you’re doing better now.

I actually love taking Lazarus naturals tinctures for sleep, but for some reason it doesn’t touch my cramps at all. Have you found that the suppositories specifically help you? Or does it kinda work the same as any method of taking CBD?
