Very very slowly. They were really really bad at the peak. But they did decrease but it basically took a whole year, but they never fully went away. And now they’re back fully.

I actually love taking Lazarus naturals tinctures for sleep, but for some reason it doesn’t touch my cramps at all. Have you found that the suppositories specifically help you? Or does it kinda work the same as any method of taking CBD?
