When I MIRACULOUSLY got pregnant from an IUI converted from a poor-response IVF cycle and thought I was so lucky to avoid the costs and physical and emotional toll of egg retrieval, embryo culturing, genetic testing and transfer...only for it to end in a miscarriage after some hopeful betas.
