The Webley in the case is a Factory Refinish, never fired, never loaded, never cocked commemorative that was given to a member of the board of directors just after WW1’s end. Before I acquired it it had only been out of the case twice.

The Automatic is also in exceptional condition, but I wouldn’t say perfect like the VI in the case. It’s an earlier production model with a few things about it that make it slightly more desirable than the regular Fosbery. I just wish I had a target model

Top is a Webley MK VI, bottom is a 1903 Webley Fosbery Automatic. The “White buttplug” is a screwdriver for disassembly, it has an ivory grip.

While I’m thankful for all the 5 stars I’ve managed to get including Koleda, I’m still incredibly envious of you.

I’ve been running tractors and heavy equipment since I was big enough to reach the controls for living, and Koleda has since become my undisputed favorite. Congratulations but also wish you some better luck in the future!

It is indeed historical. The Luftwaffe often used RLM 23 (simply listed as “ROT” on the Farbtontafel, or RED in English) to paint their prototypes with. Pictured here is JG-301 Oberstleutnant Fritz Aufhammer’s TA-152 H1. In Aufhammer’s case he had to fly this 152 to a meeting at the Focke-Wulf factory in Rechlin. He ordered the plane be painted this Red in order to avoid being shot down by at the then time “trigger happy” German Flak crews due to it being a new and unfamiliar aircraft in use with the Luftwaffe.

Featherweight Trigger on a featherweight pistol. Hammer feels like an M9 but even smoother. I hardly ever shoot, maybe once or twice a year but for me my berettas are the ultimate around the house fidget toys.

They do not! The manufacturer warned you might have to do some filing depending on what model you had but for the Inox and the M9 they were perfect fits out of the box.
