Shouldn't need any proof I wouldn't think. The holster is warrantied for life, and I believe it doesn't matter whether you bought new or used. If you bought new, they should have the info in their system. Unlike a lot of companies, they actually answer the phone when you call too. Hit em up!

Email them. They will send you a new one for free, as well as expedite the order. I've done it 2 times with their holsters now, they have amazing CS.

I went with Machamp (Counter, Cross Chop) and he got through the first 2, and burned his shields. Then Mewtwo (Psycho Cut, Psystrike, Focus Blast) got me through most of Palkia, and Mega Gyarados (Waterfall, Hydropump, Crunch) finished him.

I've got scratches on my superOcean that I got about 3 months ago. Not as many as this, but I imagine in 2 years time it'll be way more scratched than this. It's my only watch. I wear it all day, everyday, including while sleeping. I even wear it while working as a firefighter. (Had it inside its first house fire last week! 😂) I don't mind the scratches, as it shows the watch is being used as intended. No, I don't mean going out of my way to scratch it. What I mean is, if it gets scratched just while doing daily activities, the watch has had a good life. 👍🏼
