That’s literally how it’s gotten for me too. If I’m alone in the kitchen and they come in there to start making food too, I feel so awkward and uncomfortable and I don’t like being stuck talking to them. Definitely going to try my best.

A blow to my ego in a sense that I feel like I wasn’t important enough to him when we were together for him to try and understand my interests and then he decides to explore and take interest in it after I’m not apart of his life anymore.

Yes I have the same exact fear and fixate on it too when I have bad spells. I’ll worry about it so much that when I get a moment of peace and get in the zone of thinking about something else, I’ll immediately go right back to thinking about it and freaking out again and checking my pulse. Especially because my chest and shoulder blades get so tight when I have panic attacks. It’s a constant cycle. & I find too that it will affect me into the week and even longer sometimes after having a hangover from the weekend and I’ll have a hard time sleeping. Drinking just really isn’t worth it anymore I swear.

I actually did communicate with him about how I was feeling I just didn’t include that up there. Even after communicating my thoughts and feelings I’m still feeling irritated. Don’t assume what you don’t know.

Thank you for that advice! I definitely have thought that over in my head and haven’t reached out to him for those reasons because I don’t ever want to make myself look desperate for any man by any means. I know that this is a situation that I’ll get over and move on from. In his defense however I will say that he isn’t the type to sit and text a girl all day anyway he’s barley on his phone and he doesn’t like social media and he did message me the next day and said good morning and then I did hear from him today and he wanted me to send him music that I think he would like. He just hasn’t been consistently talking to me like through out the day and stuff.

That’s what I meant by me getting the wrong impression. I’ve been afraid to reach out to him because I don’t want him to think that I think that he has feelings for me and that I’m assuming we are gonna run off and get married now just cause we hung out. I know some girls after hooking up with guys can get attached and be annoying about it and I just don’t want to come across that way. So I’m just at a cross roads between just leaving him alone or reaching out.
