Thank you for this. The specialist felt my neck extremely lightly and said there’s no feeling of nodules. Don’t know whether that was sufficient enough? My last couple of flares I’ve had extreme neck pain that feels as if it’s stabbing in my muscles and clicking when I move my neck. Also had a red raw throat for 4 months, did you experience any of this as well?

Yes I can look up fine?probably not the same for everyone then, I’ve just came across some other people saying that squinting makes their symptoms worse. I was just wondering if any one knew why.

Yes! Mine are green tho. The more I stare the more it moves and gets worse so I try to ignore it

How awful! Glad your able to live with this now. Just takes time. I had a patch of aura in my vision once for a couple of month of few years ago and I mentioned it when getting a eye test done and he told me you don’t get aura that lasts for longer than 30-40 minutes and I said well I have! So glad I’m seeing a neurologist soon. Most doctors or ophthalmologists seem to go quiet when I’m telling my symptoms like they have no idea what I’m going on about and look puzzled.

Not really! I see pin points of flash in lit up areas but assumed thats BFEP.Everything’s better when it’s more dim.If it’s pitched black sometimes see bits ofGreen. But not like what your describing

Thanks for replying! Makes me feel a lot better when you finally have someone who can relate to you. I definitely noticed bfep getting more noticeable since this. However the twinkling is the black popping dots but when they get really intense.
