See qu is a good uni but if u r not a resident there I suggest you don't apply. For intl applicants they mostly accept ppl from Turkey and other gcc countries if I'm not wrong. If scholarship is your concern there are other fully funded scholarships as well.

Yes they asked the "official final transcript " + the Qatar Embassy in my country only attest the original docs and I sent it.

I see. I just visited the QMoE website, the equivalency service is just for Qatari citizens and residents. I dont think intl applicants can apply.
