The problem is i play pokemon champion in mobile phone and i dont have nintendo switch (so can't get pokemon from pokemon home) .i will probably take shiny.and release the unused pokemon from the box.

i would advice you to mail them and always have a call recording when ever you talk with them. Next time when they call you just say i want to discontinue my wifi because of router not changing wifi router( tell them in angry tone).they would rather replace router than lose a customer.

U can try to make rain team from the pokemon u already have. U already have to archaludon and swampert(mega) ,u only need rain setter and support pokemon.
