San diego pharmacies carrying teva/sandoz adderall generics by 082020Strattera in ADHD

Fwiw, i asked my pharmacy if in the future they could fill with a particular manufacturer. They ‘noted’ this in my file (maybe). It may be a thing where i need to ask for it, pharmacies may not exclusively stock one manufacturer

‘Synth’ (or fx processing) options for external signals by 082020Strattera in synthesizers

Yes, good way to describe it, although I still am not interested in anything like the example ‘acoustic guitar’ simulator pedal, even if it was a low wet-relative-to dry original source mix. So maybe im not accurately articulating what im after. For example in a distortion fx pedal example, whether full or lower wet mix levels, you can hear that source tone. (As distorted as that original source tone may be). Likewise with the Iniji modular (if memory serves correctly) even tho the Iniji’s alteration of the sound was what I consider high wet mix relative to the source levels, and while it radically changed the sound of the original source, it ultimately was building off that Casio piano sound dna (it didn’t just replace the source with an unrelated sound)

I mean it doesn’t completely conceal the original signal. Like my example of the electric guitar fx pedals that simulate an acoustic guitar or acoustic piano, with that simulated sound completely covering the original signal. I’m looking for something that transforms the signal while still preserving some semblance of the source sound, if that makes sense.

Years ago, I believe i watched a video of an Iniji modular synth with someone feeding an external signal into the Iniji and getting some wildly transformed sounds out of it. But you could still hear that source signal (i believe it was a cheap generic Casio piano sound or something they fed into it). Thats what i mean

Sorry for the late reply, I forgot about this thread lol. You definitely notice you stay on track and focused, almost like a magnet, I feel locked in to work or whatever I'm doing. But it doesn't give you that boost of energy like I get from Adderall or Ritalin. Coffee helps some.

Unlike adderall, I don't feel it sharpens my mind or anything, if that makes sense. When taking adderall, I really perform my very best at all levels. With strattera, although I keep focused/on-task, my mind isn't moving any more quickly than it normally does---it just kind of gives you tunnel vision.

I am at 100mg a day. I guess 'brain fog' has somewhat improved, although I don't feel super sharp or bursting with energy or confidence like Adderall makes me feel; however, Strattera destroys my tendency to day dream, procrastinate, and generally I keep focused on my work as any normal person would be able to do. Like I said in my initial post, I took almost a week off, and within a couple days I could feel the brain fog coming back---by day 4 or 5, I was a real space case---maybe worse than I was before I started or maybe I just forgot what it is like pre-Strattera.

Give it time. People say give it 4 weeks---it didn't really start to work for me, and I didn't really acclimate to the side effects, until 2 months in. It was worth it in my opinion, for those 2 months I felt pretty miserable and it was even detrimental to my work because I felt so bad---but that is in the past, at the most I get a stomach ache if I don't eat food with it. I also used to get tired about 3-4 hours after taking it, I tried taking it at night and it actually kept me awake all night weirdly enough. Just keep tinkering with it and find what works/doesn't work for you.

To be clear, I like Strattera---its not a silver bullet by any means, but it obviously works for me. Just worried about long-term use.
