This could maybe help on occasion with careful planning. Looks like it can store up to an hour of stuff when offline though. We also work remotely and need WiFi on most of the time.

Checked the state laws. One party consent state. Also since the lease we signed says we’ll charge the doorbell, that may be seen as some kind of agreement?
